QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
NOTE:  All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and
comprehensive information supporting each item.
1.  Completion of collegiate or vocational study in marketing, business administration,
economy  a/o social sciences, etc. studies is required.
2.  One to two years of progressive responsible experience in procurement, administration,
property management, supply, logistics or other closely related field required.
3.  English and Spanish level IV (fluent) is required.
4.  Must possess a good computer operations knowledge on standard software
(word/excel, etc).
5. Must possess a good knowledge of local, economic and commercial practices and
procedures, how to deal with local suppliers and understand local pricing customs and
practices with reference to sources/ vendor information for commodities and services.
